From Bar to Certified Shaft

PMI-verified material → precision machining → certified and export-packed.

Machine & Finish

CNC turning up to ⌀500mm, ±0.02mm tolerance. Precision grinding to Ra 0.2μm on bearing journals and seal surfaces. Shafts up to 3,000mm length.

Heat Treat & Test

Solution anneal, quench & temper, age hardening. NDT (MT/PT/UT) on critical surfaces with full reports.

Inspect & Ship

Dimensional report, surface finish check, EN 10204 3.1 mill cert, PMI verification. VCI rust-proof export packaging.
